Credit cards are required for services lasting 45 minutes or longer.
Cancellation & No-Show
48 hours: No fee for cancellation
24-48 hours: 25% of scheduled services will be charged
<24 hours: 50% of scheduled services will be charged
No Show: 100% of scheduled services will be charged
Late Policy
Salon Services: 15 minutes
Facial Services: 10 minutes
Waxing Services: 5 minutes
Clients may need to reduce the services booked or reschedule their appointment.

No Photos/Videos in the Spa
Please limit selfies and videos of services performed until after the service.
One Client in Room Policy
Only the Client getting waxed is allowed in the room. This allows us to work efficiently and drama free. If the client is a parent, underage, or disabled this policy will have exceptions.
